Bio

Katerina Parisi was born on 21/12/98. She came into contact with this creative realm of art from the age of 5. She took her first steps in classical ballet, where she worked for 12 years. In between he experimented with various genres such as contemporary, hip hop, commercial, jazz, Spanish dances. But her love for contemporary made her stand out, focus on it and evolve, now completing 10 years of experience in this genre. She has participated in various seminars by various instructors from Greece and abroad. She also belongs to the racing team of contemporary dance Kenotics where she counts distinctions in competitions and appearances in many shows! However, for the last 3 years she has been running her own classes and working as a teacher of contemporary dance for children and adults. She loves to create and organize thematic projects as she feels that through them she expresses and externalizes all her emotions! Another aspect of herself loves the performances related to theatrical shows, musicals and general dance shows in shops and projects!!!

Dance has a special place in her heart and she feels great satisfaction when she manages to make her students feel the same way and live this experience from the inside as she does herself!!

Experimental contemporary is a genre where contemporary dance is the main focus. However, the word “experimental” in it is not accidental as in the class we experiment and combine different qualities in our movement, from very slow, lyrical, linear to abrupt, reminiscent of other dance genres such as jazz, hip hop, etc.

The course is addressed to students who have experience on contemporary but also to those who have the mood and the will to try something different!

“I am waiting for you to experiment… feel free to enjoy and dance together!”
